Formerly known as Joe & Dough Bakery, Bakeri has come a long way since its inception in 2010. The bakery began as a supporting arm to Joe & Dough, producing breads and pastries to ensure a continuous supply of quality loaves to the cafe.

Making our breads requires extra care and special attention to the details, and it is the keen hand, skill and intuition of our artisan bakers that ensures consistent taste and quality.
